UI/UX Junior Designer

Desirable training and experience

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Design, User Experience or related field (Not mandatory!)
  • Portfolio of digital and/or graphic designs

  • Ability to rapid prototype creative concepts is a must
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required, Sketch gives you extra points!)

Junior WordPress Developer

Principal Accountabilities

  • Set up custom functionalities in WordPress sites using plugins or custom code
  • Research applicable plugins that fit the functionality required by the clients
  • Fix google website issues flagged in google console
  • Perform cross-browser and mobile compatibility work
  • Performs technical edits to the website
  • Undertake page speed initiatives to make Client's website achieve the optimum speed in Google page speed
  • Assist the team in troubleshooting and fixing technical website issues
  • Troubleshoot and fix WordPress and theme version compatibility issues

Desirable training and experience

  • Knowledge of core WordPress functionalities
  • Has proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Knows JavaScript/jQuery in application to WordPress
  • Experienced in plugin/other platform/API integration to WordPress
  • Has good research skills, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written – able to communicate clearly to client and developers.
  • A positive person who is open to revising his work to conform to client's needs and preferences.
  • A good team player.
  • Knowledge in WooCommerce a plus but not required

Senior PPC Strategist

  • Position Type:Permanent
  • Employment Type:Full - Time

Principal Accountabilities

  • Setup and ongoing optimization and management of Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients
  • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
  • Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
  • Management of ad budgets, text ad creative, and keyword research
  • Ability to communicate professionally on client calls and via email
  • Actively collaborate with Markentum teammates and account managers to align with other ongoing initiatives
  • Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
  • Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions

Desirable training and experience

  • You’re willing and able to work on multiple projects across multiple clients/businesses and industries - applying your expertise and creative value.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience directly running paid search campaigns on Google and Bing. With a strong understanding of how to optimize campaigns for post-click conversion.
  • You have experience in other common advertising platforms/networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube.
  • You have agency experience and have directly communicated with clients
  • You are a skilled researcher and have experience with multiple keyword research methods. Your research process is detailed and specific.
  • You are an expert with Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel as well as other tracking methods used for paid search.
  • You have experience running landing page A/B tests and can formulate testing strategies to drive improvements in conversion.
  • You are a skilled writer and communicator. You understand when and how to be diplomatic and consultative with clients and partners.
  • You are a critical thinker. You can synthesize situational information to formulate new strategies.
  • You are driven to solve problems that require taking an idea that lacks tangibility and creating tactical level execution that results in accomplished goals.
  • You have a basic understanding of SEO and how it relates to paid search strategy.
  • You are willing to wear multiple hats and contribute to the business and client success in ways other than your core responsibilities. You understand this is critical to develop your well-rounded skill set and understanding the full scope of Brightdock’s services and value for our clients.
