Creating A New Improved System
When we met the Max App team, we knew we had a big challenge on our hands. Outstanding customer service is a full-time job, and the Max team had a lot to deal with. As one of South East Florida’s fastest-growing businesses, Max Home Inspections was already recognized as one of the best workplaces in the States, but they were struggling with a complex online system that made their work more difficult than it needed to be.
Their Why: Max’s business – pre-sale home inspections – requires analyzing a huge number of key variables – and with increasingly more clients, Max needed to scale up.
Their How: Design and build their own data management system and mobile app to process information about home sale issues and provide top-quality advice to clients.
Their What: Create an intuitive interface, redesigning and building the whole app, and creating an admin dashboard for a faster, better real estate experience.
All Max team members were understandably accustomed to their very complex legacy system which was crying out for a rebuild – from the ground up. Our challenge at Brightdock was to develop a smoother, more efficient consumer experience that would help Max employees carry out their roles more accurately and effectively while enhancing productivity and an uncompromised level of customer service. We wanted to make their lives easier.
We wanted to enhance their workdays and deliver a flawless client experience while helping Max perform at its maximum potential, so we decided to combine the human and technological aspects of their interface. It didn’t help that the database was intensely archaic, counter-intuitive, and under intense pressure to process and retain tremendous volumes of data every split-second. On top of it all, the Max team were in dire need of some way to process and share their many home inspection photos - online and off. Then, to turn them into powerful home reporting systems with dynamic PDFs.
To leverage their existing strengths while designing a faster, smoother experience, we decided to make Max mobile. We designed and built a custom Android and iOS app to allow for a more convenient, responsive employee experience and created an admin dashboard using Flutter for clean, uncomplicated interactions. Our Brightdock team then made their advanced database accessible offline to enable more powerful, rapid data processing, cutting down their processing time to milliseconds with neural networks.
